## How buying works

1. Pay at the Lemon Squeezy checkout. Lemon Squeezy sells CoatMentor on our behalf, so the charge and the receipt come from Lemon Squeezy.
2. Sign in with your checkout email, with Google or an emailed code. Your tracks appear in the members area at once. On your phone, add the members area to your home screen: it opens like an app.
3. Confirm the start of your access in the members area ("Start my access"). Your 6 months count from the day you buy, not from the day you confirm. Buyers in the EU, EEA and UK: confirming ends your 14-day right of withdrawal, and nothing is delivered before you confirm.

## If you bought earlier

A purchase keeps the access length it was sold with. Tracks bought before these prices came with 12 months, and those 12 months stand.

## Refunds and retakes

Purchases are final once you confirm the start of your access. Instead of a refund window, [the free readiness check](https://coatmentor.com/check/) shows the question style, explanation depth and written format first. If you report that you failed your exam, we extend your access by 90 days, once per access term, so you can prepare for the retake.
